Quiz is the only Regional Pony Club event that doesn't actually involve riding. Quiz involves a written test for members to express their knowledge of horses, as well as a visual component where competitors are asked to identify objects pertaining to horses. At the Regional level, there is also a Games section, where competitors are able to compete with a team at a variety of games involving their knowledge of horses.

Quiz is a great opportunity for members of all ages to compete. There are many different levels, ranging from E (for those who haven't tested) to A/B (the highest level). The C and A/B competitors have the opportunity to compete at the National level if they finish in the top 4 competitors. Lake Huron has sent a number of it's members to National Quiz over the past two years.

In order to prepare for Quiz, Lake Huron holds weekly study sessions from January to March leading up to Quiz.
